Develop an L2 Config file for the UEI domain that includes configurations for EV Charging, Energy demand, and surplus energy purchase. Ensure the file is comprehensive and meets all specified requirements for these services.

Goals

To create robust and flexible L2 Config files that support all three use cases within the UEI domain.

Expected Outcome

A well-structured L2 Config file that accurately represents the configurations for EV Charging, Energy demand, and surplus energy, and can be easily maintained and extended.

Acceptance Criteria

• Configurations for EV Charging usecase are accurately represented.
• Configurations for Energy Demand usecase are accurately represented.
• Configurations for Surplus energy purchse usecase are accurately represented.
