Improve examples in spec and get better workflow understanding by looking at production systems

Currently most of the jsons attached to the local-retail domain specific protocol specification are very sparse and follow one simple workflow. However real-world systems sometimes come with complexities not covered by these. Since ONDC is an existing retail network in production, study the ONDC specs and identify the compatibility of the plugin with samples from those. Document the gaps and discuss with business.
