i have same problem with my X-UI server but never with Worker-Proxy ; i always use custom domain and never have a problem ...
it may be the domain NS Provider problem ...

i had the same problem some time ago you can just open sub link in browser then copy all the content in the page and paste it in client

as for the root of the problem i don't exactly remember how it solved, but i think you should update your client to latest version and enable tls1.3 in settings
