Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
sv_calling and sv_calling_targeted are now established steps of the snappy germline (and somatic?) pipeline, but have no dedicated upload support by cubi-tk.

Describe the solution you'd like
A single call should upload all sv_calling(_targeted) results, i.e. including all utilized sv callers.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently one needs to run cubi-tk snappy itransfer-step for each sv caller separately.
