Tentative: Remove Foodshare related features

From my understanding, Foodshare is no longer around and so some aspects of the application code could be removed? I'm not sure the extent of these features, but I'll post some guesses below:

Right bar messages delivery status

@chadmohr mentioned that the above thingies, to the right of messages were for foodshare. Maybe they can be removed and free up some horizontal space?

Capacity and Enters Buildings

Next up, this form, which appears when a rider signs up, or when a rider is added in a dispatcher's campaign view. Do we still need to have "enter buildings" / "capacity"?

I understand we probably need pickup time for campaigns that have non-regimented pickup times.
