Rider messaging does not work on mobile #419

On mobile browsing rider messaging should bring up the messaging screen the way we do in the regular messaging tab

E.g. https://dispatch.bikebrigade.ca/campaigns/7209/messaging/riders/68 when a rider is clicked the messaging window does not render on mobile
