Virtual Instance and Chrome

When installing the Virtual instance of Evident and open up the link in Chrome, none of the data is shown and none of the bars work. A screenshot is shown below.

I think this is a legitimate bug, as the virtual box should correctly work out of the box. @antgonza, my memory is kinda blurry about this, but I think we fixed a few bugs on Evident that we never really pushed back to upstream.
