As a developer
I need to create a Neo4j graph with the Omnipath interactions data
So that I can test all the pipeline with OntoWeaver from input to output.

Details and Assumptions

  • Ontoweaver has the ability to create a knowledge graph is a Neo4j graph
  • The pipeline at the end should be used by the Oncodash project.

Acceptance Criteria

When [some event happens]
Then [some outcome]
