Update the BioCypher version (?), or use the file caching from the newer BioCypher version

Iinstead of get_latest_release function which downloads dbs each time from the web, rather download and cache file using new biocypher functionality.
(lifetime = 0 means the file is downloaded once, lifetime = 7 means the file is downloaded every 7 days)
