Response on placeOrder is sometimes 502 Bad Gateway #14

The response on placeOrder is sometimes an HTML page 502 Bad Gateway. Placing the order failed (I assume), but no error is thrown.

Probably this happens when executing multiple placeOrder commands after each other.
