Snackbar messages on browser extension block useful tools

Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate into an item, or from the main page copy a field.
2. Notice the snackbar messages that all propagate up covering fields. (I often click multiple times as I get issues with it correctly copying, but until I can get a consistent repro on that, I haven't reported it).

Expected Result

My search bar and similar don't get covered up so that I can continue to use the extension, searching, filtering, etc. when I am getting multiple credentials.

One way to do this may be having the snackbar messages at the bottom above the toolbar and not the top as the top is where the primary controls are generally, as well as likely the most relevant results (whether by searching, filtering, or the uri matching).

Additionally, the messages are buffered in a way that if I click multiple times (often do because of 2. in steps to repro), the messages all queue so it takes a while to clear, and if there is a bigger message (one in red from auto filling when not possible) completely covers controls.
