I'm getting the exact same problem where the app gets stuck at the loading wheel. It started happening when I upgraded to the latest current version this evening. The Bitwarden browser extension still works properly. It's only the Bitwarden Windows Desktop app that has the problem.

**** Edited the next day ****
I was able to resolve the problem by re-logging into my account in the Bitwarden Desktop app. To do that, I clicked on my email address in the top right corner and clicked "Add account" in the drop-down. I then entered my Bitwarden credentials. That refreshed the information and resolved the problem for me. So far, the problem hasn't returned.

It is possible to somehow check the logs of application?

Had the same issue - couldn't fix it the way @itzallan described. I've been ending up deinstalling the app and re-installing it from Microsoft Store. It works again.

I encountered the same issue on Linux, 'fixed' it by purging the config. In my case it started when I was switching (kinda rapidly) between accounts. Maybe it has something to do with it, since there are other bugs related to switching?

Same Problem for me.

I encountered the same problem with the snap pack version. I tried to edit a password and received an error stating that it could not update the JWT token. So, I logged out, but upon logging back in, I found myself stuck on the loading page. I attempted to uninstall it using sudo snap remove bitwarden --purge and rebooted the system, but I am still encountering the same issue.

Thx for your advices. I think solution from AndrewZamora can work, but I do not use desktop version of BW anymore. I have plugin in my browser and I this works fine.
