How to setup the stream live?

Hi there
First of all thanks for this wonderful player. Just tested now and all works, but there is something i dont get it here, so please a noob help would be nice, as i am totally new to html code.

I have the stream ( m3u8 ) which is working only 10 sec or so and it wont loop, you must restart/refresh page.
How do we make it live and auto start etc.?
It works live in chrome mobile but not pc. how?
