Full screen IE

The full-screen function of this player does not work in IE, when embedding it in an iframe. As you would know, because it's not even working your own site.

I know this player is based on VideoJS, and they made some sort of fix. See https://github.com/vidcaster/video-js-iframe-fullscreen .

I wanted to apply that fix to this player, but I can't make it work. More attention should be given to this problem.
