Create solution for using a custom dataset

Currently we do not have a way to using a custom dataset of various formats. I bet CSV is something we absolutely need to include (at least in a first initial release).

This is not done, we only setup a file custom.rs that has some idea of how it could look, but it's far from done and more effort is needed to make this sufficient.
