Any idea of how to managwe multi-language pages

First of all thanks for your great plugin !!! It works perfectly

Is there any possibility that you see how to add multilanguage function to the plugin?

I use it to create "Property Pages" on a Real Estate Page... so it creates perfectly the item.md in my main language...

What would I need to do to create an item.de.md (ex: german) in the same folder created by the item.md? Probably create another formpage or add something in the twig of the plugin...

Any idea?
