People section "Loading" design must be aligned in the middle of the page #112

Under the people section (People > Directory) the loading indicator should be aligned in the middle (e.g the upper gap and lower gap should be the same).

@gorkem-bwl how can I access the people page? If I click on people in side button nothing is happening.
