Problem with opening Kohya

I have just installed Kohya on Windows, following the instructions, using the git command, opening setup.bat and then upgrade.bat.
But now when I open gui-user.bat, a CMD window opens and closes at the same time.

Can anyone help me understand what is going on?

I have searched online but have not found any similar problems, does one have to edit gui-user.bat?
(I already have the web interface of Automatic1111 and Oobabooga)

If I open the kohya_gui.py file directly, it loads the GUI for me, but this way it seems not to work properly.
I can't figure out what the problem is, I think it doesn't do a proper installation with the included files, I see that the VENV folder is not present

SOLVED:

1. Open Settings > Apps, and look for Advanced app settings.
2. In the advanced app settings, click App execution aliases to see the list of compatible apps.
3. Deactivate python.exe and leave python3.exe activated.

In this way the installation was then carried out correctly
