Do not use the label "Insurance", say "Payer" instead.
In the grant proposal and in the system demonstration, in the introduction, show some sort of flowchart for the stages in a "typical" informatics study, and where CODEHR fits in.
Add online help buttons.
Prior to grant submission get some survey results on what clinical researchers need in terms of data tools.

For item #1, that's something to change in the demogcodes.csv and demogcodes_demo.csv files.
