[Feature request] When selecting Right-To-Left should set appropriate meta/spine attributes #374

When translating to an RTL language (or setting the reading direction to RTL) the following should be set in the the OPF file:

Under the "metadata" tag:

Under the "spine" tag (with the appropriate toc value):
