API 요청 캐싱

API 요청을 캐싱함으로써 중복되는 API 요청을 여러 번 보내지 않게끔 개선하는 것이 목표입니다.
대상 페이지: 베팅 어드민 페이지, 베팅 결과 결정 페이지, 베팅 결과 조회 페이지
