단어 안 나오는 문제 해결

📝 상세 작업 내용

  • 단어 가져오기 실패 시, 최대 10번까지 재시도 후 기본 단어 사용하도록 수정
  • 단어 가져오는 로직을 fetchWords 메서드로 분리
