I'm using the simple certificate and when I try to verify a qr code it says invalid code.

I'm using Moodle 3.11.

Hi Viviana...

Please share more information, with so little data it is impossible to help you.

Share the version of the component, some screenshot, validation that the PDF really exists in Moodle and that it has the QR code and anything else that can be used to validate.
