Upload to stackage

Hey there, thanks for your hard work on Skeletest!

I'm trying to add hyperbole and web-view to stackage. I'm not a stackage user myself, but it will be helpful to end-users. Stackage seems to require test dependencies to be listed in addition to library dependencies. I use skeletest in both projects.

Can you add skeletest to stackage?

Yes, I can add to stackage. I'll try to do it this weekend, but if not, I'll get to it in the next couple weeks!
