It would be quite useful to know the size of each cluster. This could be included directly in the fasta file header, or at least as a separate file - I see your notebook produces this file, could you share it?

One usecase for me is to create a subset of AntiRef with only those representatives that come from bigger clusters.

No problem. I'll upload them to Zenodo (the file is far too large for GitHub) and add a link to the README.
