Data file not found

When I tried to reproduce the results, I found that some data files, such as "CCLE_DepMap_18q3_RNAseq_RPKM_20180718.gct", "CCLE_DepMap_18q3_maf_20180718.txt" , etc are missing. I would be very grateful if you could provide all the data files.

When I tried to reproduce the results, I found that the file written in the VAE.ReLU.py file comment does not exist, such as ccle.zeroone_5000_0.2.tsv, PANCAN.zeroone_5000_0.2.tsv, etc. I would be very

Dear author, thanks a lot for your reply. However i still can not see files like ccle.zeroone_5000_0.2.tsv and so on. Maybe there are some access setting like "chmod" on server?
