Document configuration file

I'm trying to integrate Transmuter into my Debian repository. Unfortunately, I can't figure out the configuration options on my own. It'd be great to have some documentation on how to configure BTC Transmuter.

Specifically, I don't understand:

• DataProtectionDir
• DataProtecctionApplicationName
• ExtensionsDir

I also don't know which other options are optional/mandatory and if configuration files are supported.
