Include major events and installations in data sets

Several recurring, "standard" items are not included in the data sets. The lack of data on them leads to confusion.

Ensure that the ART dataset includes the Man, and the Temple
Ensure that the EVENT dataset includes:

1. The Man burn
2. The Temple burn
