Improve Study View Performance for large cohorts via Clickhouse Integration

We aim to improve the performance for large cohorts (>100K cases) by integrating an analytical processing database called ClickHouse into cBioPortal. The initial plan was discussed and outlined in RFC80. Released to GENIE portals in 2024. We are working on releasing it to other portals and making a community release in 2025.
