confused ui: sign/verify is on the marketplace tab

It's not a marketplace feature. Move it to the menu.

if a user disabled marketplace from display settings > show marketplace, they also lose access to sign/verify

page was renamed to "cake features" (not a great name..) so i guess this is partially resolved.

Settings -> display still calls it "show marketplace" (it would sound weird to call it "show cake features").

Maybe call it "addons" or something.
