Seed display and verification is skipped when app is closed

Describe the bug

The seed display and verification screens are skipped if the app is killed before the user taps the "I understand. Show me my seed" button:

To Reproduce

Create a new Bitcoin wallet, kill the app, reopen. The main send/receive view of the wallet appears without ever displaying the seed or requiring verification.

Expected behavior

Display and verify the wallet seed.
