Describe the bug
Download and install. Attempt to run. It does not open, i don't see any processes either.

Platform:
Edition Windows 11 Pro (VM in Hyper-V)
Version 24H2
OS build 26100.2605
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.36.0
Hyper-V Version: 10.0.22621.4249

v4.22.0

Might be missing AVX. Please check for AVX support in your VM and report back.
