Publish first version - Publier première version

We are aiming to publish a first version of the Whitepaper to go to the Open Source Advisory Board and then to Enterprise Architecture Review Board for information and endorsement in July 2018.

We still need help with the following tasks:

• Review text and translations
• Contribute to Open Markets section
• Contribute to Open Culture section
• Contribute to business case introduction
• Comments on content or structure

Nous avons l'intention de publier une première version du Livre blanc pour le Conseil consultatif du logiciel libre, puis pour le Conseil d'examen de l'architecture d'entreprise pour information et approbation en juillet 2018.

Nous avons encore besoin d'aide pour les tâches suivantes:

Many changes have been made to all sections. We will be presenting the latest version to the Open Source Advisory Board this upcoming Wednesday. If you would like to have an additional review, we're open for input! Thanks all that have contributed!
