Support NSDL Data releases

NSDL also publishes data in xlsx files at https://nsdl.co.in/downloadables/list-debt.php.

• entire list of Active Securitised Instruments - I don't know if this covers the entire ISIN base / only currently active securities. Review this and see if this can be taken instead of scrapping. This also provides additional fields, including rate of coupon, face value etc. Or - if this can be merged along to add additional fields
• List of ISINs - Issuer defaulted in redemption Payment as on June 01, 2022 - The list of defaults / delta will be more interesting

Looked up all of the above, current dataset includes all of it.

Searching for "securitised instrument" in current ISIN.csv gets you identical results.

Defaulters: This is also accounted for, but due to changes in the release diff format etc, it hasn't shown up in a release yet. See this diff for eg. NSDL changes the "description" field in search results, so that ought to show up in a diff.

What's very interesting is the missing defaulters. Searching for INE970M gets you the following ISINs in the master search

Of these, the last 3 are marked as defaulters from 2018-19, as per the spreadsheet.

Searching for them on the NSDL ISIN search yields no results.

Could probably be used to augment the dataset however (maybe with a "default=true" column). Currently planning to focus on the spreadsheet linked at https://nsdl.co.in/list-codes.php which contains some very relevant data.
