Introduction

Tangem Wallet’s security model is robust, prioritizing user data privacy and security through physical cards, cryptographic data, and optional seed phrases. However, situations may arise where users lose their backup cards, seed phrase, and access code, leaving only the primary card as the sole means of accessing their wallet.

This proposal suggests leveraging AI and highly advanced technologies to create a secure recovery mechanism that enables users to regain wallet access using their primary card. The solution must maintain Tangem Wallet’s commitment to uncompromising security standards.

The Problem

Currently, users who lose their backup cards, seed phrase, and access code are unable to recover access to their wallet, even if they possess the primary card containing private keys and cryptographic data. This limitation could result in irreversible loss of funds, reducing user trust and satisfaction.

Proposed Solution

Develop a wallet recovery mechanism that uses AI and advanced cryptographic techniques to authenticate and securely restore access for users with only the primary card. The proposed solution includes the following key components:
