Objective: Update or refresh Condor Changelog as required during the feat-2.0 merge to the dev branch.

User Story:
As a developer, I want to update or refresh the Condor changelog during the feat-2.0 merge to the dev branch so that all changes, fixes, and updates are accurately documented for the release.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The changelog reflects all merged changes from the feat-2.0 branch.
• Any missed or undocumented updates are identified and included.
• The changelog is clear, structured, and ready for review before the merge is finalized.
• The update process is completed as part of the sprint's final merge review.

Just want to send a huge shout-out to @devendran-m so as all new contributors since he has taken over dev management and fixed along with talented devs more issues and conducted more tests, posted commits along with new devs who are joining in 📈👏🧠🤝 I'm glad to see that projects in good hands and wish you the best for 2025 to all of you and thanks again for the giant amount of quality code and work that you guy's have been pushing for Casper since @devendran-m taken the lead🏆👏.

*I wish i could contribute as well here and join you guys but i'm afraid that i'm already a pretty outdated (and retarded 😉) Web 2 Dev with limited skills. GPT humiliates me and trash talk (out-commented//) 😅the code when i'm kindly asks for debug or review it.(I know my good old Js, a bit of react but dropped recently 🙈 php, HTML, css... But no python or RUST sadly. But i'm admiring nevertheless what i can read or think i understand reading your commits👏.
