Getting Segmentation Fault while running COMPASS with CNA

Hi,
I'm trying to run COMPASS on a simulated dataset. I have the region and variant files (in the correct format). But I keep running into Segmentation faults.
Could you point out some possibilities as to why that could be?

The command I'm using is
./COMPASS -i data_cpn_1 -o output_cpn_1 --nchains 4 --chainlength 5000 --CNA 1;

Any help would be appreciated!
