Feature Request: Select multiple countries or tracts

CCUSA is interested in being able to select multiple countries or tracts (preferably with a lasso tool or click and drag) and view an updated sidebar based on those selections. To clarify, we will need to recalculate the percentiles for the new group and then rank it against the rest of the nation to calculate the new percentiles.

Data for calculating percentile added to the shapefiles. These fields begin with EP or EPL for the indicators, RPL for the themes.

I think that's too much feature creep. Reopen if you think otherwise.

This is an important feature for CCUSA. We should get the map 100% operational first but at the very least it's worth keeping open for future work.
