Summary of Bug

The orchestrator doesn't seem to recover correctly when the RPC node it's connected to restarts. We need to fix that.

Version

v1.0.1

Steps to Reproduce

Start validator node
Start orchestrator
stop validator node
start validator node again
orchestrator will not be able to sign the nonce that it failed on
