Follow up video audio volume

We've noticed that when the incorrect response video is played, the audio to this video is much lower.

Steps to reproduce

We have added an initial video and correct and incorrect response videos. The audio of the initial video is as expected, however both correct and incorrect followup videos are a lot quieter, even though the original videos are all encoded the same and audio balanced.

Expected behaviour

Audio should be consistent.
