Missin `format-include-endings` flag #263

Hi, at least in version 2.10 the aforementioned flag was included to apply the format string to the ending as well (see e.g. https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/410140/acro-long-format-for-plural-acronyms). It looks like the option was removed without an alternative from the current version.

Can you pinpoint me an alternative or would it be possible to reimplement it?
