--timeout 无效，导致软件卡死 #88

使用命令：./spray_linux_amd64 -l aaa.txt -d all.txt --timeout 3

软件卡死的背景情况：
1、https目标证书不安全时
2、目标无法访问时

具体情况
使用--timeout选项无作用，一直卡死。
若使用--dealine，此情况将会导致整个spray进程结束，无法继续完成下一步工作。导致只能手动选出能被spray扫描的url目标
