- What can we learn about these “mostly anonymous” artists?
Quantitative Dataset:
- objects > classification [Index of American Design] > attribution / number of works
Properties:
- Type of data: attributions are strings, summary counts will be integers
- Number of data points: 18,259
- Number of artists: 1,233
- Quality of data: will require counting number of the same attributions
Visualization Type:
- comparisons, proportions - bar chart, treemap
