v1.12.1 --version incorrect

It looks like the transition of build tools might have broken the --version functionality. When I upgraded to 1.12.1, the --version argument now reports:

% miniwdl --version
miniwdl v0.0.0

Conda reports the correct version:

% conda list miniwdl
# packages in environment at <path removed>:
#
# Name                    Version                   Build  Channel
miniwdl                   1.12.1             pyhd8ed1ab_0    conda-forge

A likely related issue, the PyPi (https://pypi.org/project/miniwdl/) page refers to the now deleted setup.py.
