Would make it easier to identify days which are in need of votes the most.

Liam's change makes the vote count of all days available to the client JS.

So, maybe better than a fourth pair of navigation buttons would be a spinbox labelled "Skip days with more than [ -- N -- ] votes." that would apply to all existing buttons.
