Hi,

I downloaded and installed your software today and found that with the latest version of Bamtools, PairedData.cpp won't build. It's a simple fix - update the PairedData.cpp file so the calles that were GetReadGroup(arg) become GetTag("RG",arg). Just thought I'd let you know!
