Issue with places and cities.

Hello! I Had an issue with places and cities.
First of all, how can i rename the fields to my language? For Example, call field cities to "Регион"

and another:
I set up shipment for country and regions. And it works, but only if I don't use field "City". If I use only State - it works. But if I use City too, it brokes my shipment methods.


What can I do to fix this?

@DenAllegrov your request is beyond this plugin's capabilities; the two fields can be edited with a checkout field editor and the 2nd one I think you need to recheck your shipping as that sounds more of a misconfiguration.
