packager License

Hi,

We intended to exec packager.rb from the packager repo https://github.com/choria-io/packager to compile and build a custom package.
This appears to be working fine.
But a question has arisen about the use of the packager as there is no license information on the repo.
Would it be possible to add an Apache-2.0 license like on the other choria repos ?
