Floating window should have a button to launch Snapchat application.

To improve the ease of use, if the "Start Snapchat" menu checkbox is checked, we should also add a button to allow the user to start snapchat from the floating window.

Floating window should follow the following "logic":

• If user wants us to start snapchat from the application
  ** Add additional "start snapchat" button from the floating window that starts snapchat and displays a toast
• If user doesn't want to be able to start snapchat from the application
  ** Don't show the "start snapchat" button from the floating window.
