Export via train / ship seems broken if supply chain mod is enabled #68
Comments
EDIT: Moved to a seperate post |
I have no luck getting any of the factories or warehouses to drop cargo at a freight train station with this enabled. Is it possible that it has something to do with the cargo station being listed as Service building type? I have a cargo station with an Id of 18108 but cannot assign that to the supply chain field with EDS. It gives the error |
Good morning, There have not been any commits for this prioritized issue or project this year. Has this project gone stale or do any of the developers intend to resume work? |
@z3nf1n1ty - mod is stalled, but we try to revive with few fixes. Have you something to commit, if yes, feel free to do so and we happily would incorporate it, if related and fixing things. |
My city layout heavily relies on export via ship or train - ports and stations are placed near all industrial parks.
In vanilla, a lot of export works via those buildings.
As soon as I enable the supply chain support, the exports via water / train stops and seems to be replaced by trucks.
Not only does it break down my traffic system but I also think that cannot be the intention of the mod.
I'd wish at least vanilla behavior but honestly, I would love a configuration where one can choose the types of outgoing connections for the district.
